Ramen Noodle Mix
To make a “beef” version, substitute beef broth powder, for the chicken broth powder.
Yield 1 Pint
1 cup ramen noodles or one “nest”
½ cup freeze-dried mixed vegetables (or ¼cup dehydrated)
1 Tbs arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
1 Tbs chicken broth powder
Place all ingredients into a pint jar. Optional: Vacuum seal.
To Make the Soup
1 ramen noodle soup jar
2 cups water
1.Dump the jar into a saucepot along with 2 cups of water.
2.Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender.
3.If using dehydrated vegetables, you may need toad up to ½ cup water more—just monitor and add if needed.
