Vegetable Dip Mix

¼ cup beef broth powder
1 Tbs arrowroot powder
2 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp tomato powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
3 Tbs dried tomatoes, crushed
3 Tbs dried carrots, crushed
2 Tbs dried cabbage, crushed
2 Tbs dried peas, crushed
2 Tbs dried peppers, crushed
½ cup freeze-dried mixed vegetables, powdered (or ¼cup dehydrated mixed vegetables, powdered)
1.Place all ingredients into a pint jar. Optional: Vacuum seal.
If you need to keep this vegetarian, you can substitute the beef broth powder with a vegetable-based powder. Also, anything “dried” can be either dehydrated or freeze-dried.

Making the Vegetable Dip
Yield: 2 cups
½ cup vegetable dip mix
8 oz sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Serve with fresh raw vegetables, chips, or pita bread.
