Ingredients:
4 eggs.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 leek
2-3 cups of cabbage finely chopped
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Optional:
2 peppers
parsley
Nigella and Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
Grate and finely chop all vegetables
Blend in seasonings, baking powder and flour mixing well.
Add Milk and mix then the oil and mix.
Place on parchment covered baking sheet and even out.
Bake for 25 minutes
Sprinkle cheese, Nigella and Sesame seeds over while still hot.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
